#HotForTheHolidays - Love, Lust and Laptops Blog Hop

Posted by Robin on December 6, 2014 at 1:50 AM

Hiya, lovelies. Thanks for visiting my little spot on the web, and if you're here for Love, Lust, and Laptop's Holiday Hop, thank you for following our blog this year! We're always happy to engage with our fans, and I hope you've enjoyed visiting each of our individual sites.

Since it's the holiday season, how about we play a game? The first person to name all of Santa's reindeer will win a copy of my latest release, Sins of the Flesh. One, two, three, go....!!

But once you're finished Googling the answer (like I'll have to do), let me share a bit of holiday cheer with you. This year, I embarked on a new journey. I released my first ever self-pubbed work on Sunday. Sins of the Flesh is now available at Amazon and as a gift to my readers for the season, it's specially priced at 99 cents.

I know you're probably thinking...what in the world does this have to do with the holiday season? Well for me, it marks the end of a year long journey. Sins of the Flesh began as a story I planned to pitch at RT. It then entered the Kindle Scout competition. Sadly, neither of those worked out, which was a good thing as I'd planned to embark on my self-pub experience and Sins of the Flesh seemed as good a place to start as any. I'll be spending a lot of my December on the promotion wheel. Aside for this week's release, I also have Paranormally Yours boxed set (as Christy Gissendaner) come out yesterday. It's also priced at 99 cents and some stories within the set have holiday themes, so be sure to check it out. My follow-up to In Too Deep (as Christy also) is dropping on Dec 26th. So I'm super busy, but never too busy to play "Santa Clause." My boys are dreaming of four wheelers. I have three boys, so you can bet momma is hoping for major royalties to afford all the gifts! Hehehehe.

So even though my December is packed solid with book activity, I'm excited to spend the time with my friends and family, but I never want to forget my readers. To me, bringing as many works as possible to my fans is the ultimate gift I can give.

Happy holidays, ya'll, and I hope you enjoy "hopping" with the ladies of Love, Lust, and Laptops!

Looks like I'm first! Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen - and Rudolph (and I didn't have to google it, though if you were here you would have heard me singing Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer). Happy Holidays!

Well since someone else got the regular reindeer first I'll offer up the South Park replacements from the christmas special Red Sleigh Down when they were killed and replaced by Fluffy, Horace, Chantel, Steven, Skippy, Patches, Montel and Rainbow. (This is seasonally watched in my family - more recently joined by festive episodes of Family Guy and American Dad.)
